BREW Opening Night is free and open to the public, and is scheduled for the evening of November 12.
Startup Day | Wednesday, Nov. 13 [Sold Out]
7:30 AM - 4:00 PM @ The Louisiana Emerging Technology Center | 340 E Parker BlvdThe next day, Wednesday, November 13, we’ll host BREW Startup Day. This hands-on workshop will be held at the Louisiana Emerging Technology Center at LSU and will be for those just starting out, or who want a refresher on the fundamentals of entrepreneurship. This smaller-scale workshop will be limited seating and will provide a more intimate format than our main day, and will be action-oriented, designed for startups to work closely with experienced entrepreneurs and experts to answer some of the hardest challenges of getting started.Startup Day will feature activities that will take attendees out and about for a short time around midday, so attendees should plan to have lunch on the town with their peers.
Entrepreneur Day | Thursday, Nov. 14
8:30 AM - 4:30 PM @ Raising Cane's River Center | 275 S River RdLunch is provided to all attendees of Entrepreneur Day, as well as coffee and light snacks.Our main day, BREW Entrepreneur Day, is Thursday, November 14, to be held at the Raising Cane’s River Center. This day of keynotes, entrepreneurial panels, breakout sessions, and mentorship will be filled with excellent opportunities for peer learning and networking. Panelists will be comprised of successful local entrepreneurs, investors and VIP. Happy hour to follow!
High-Stakes Pitch | Friday, Nov. 15
5:00 - 8:30 PM @ The Lyceum | 124 3rd StOne drink ticket will be included in the $10 ticket price. Rounding out BREW 2019 is our BREW High Stakes investment pitch, to be held at the Lyceum on 3rd street on Friday night, November 15. Watch as four startups vie for a $100,000 investment prize. Semi-finalists will pitch at a closed-door pitch event at the end of October, after which the four finalists will be selected.
